Zyntraq Ltd — SaaS Platform Development
Overview
Zyntraq Ltd needed a modern, secure, and scalable SaaS platform to manage subscriptions, analytics, and internal user workflows. I designed and built the complete platform from the ground up using the MERN stack, Stripe billing, and Google authentication.
The Challenge
The client needed a fast MVP but with enterprise-grade scalability for future growth. The platform required recurring billing, a clean dashboard UI, role-based access control, and a frictionless signup process. All data needed to sync in real-time with strict performance requirements.

Process
Product Architecture & Planning
Defined user roles, subscription tiers, API requirements, and dashboard modules. Created architecture diagrams and data models for MongoDB, along with a scalable folder structure for the MERN stack.
UI/UX Design System
Designed a clean, modern SaaS interface with reusable components, accessible color systems, and dashboard layouts optimized for both desktop and mobile.
Frontend Development (React + Tailwind)
Built the entire frontend using React, Tailwind, and modern component patterns. Implemented protected routes, dynamic dashboard widgets, and form validation.
Backend Development (Node.js + Express)
Implemented secure REST APIs for authentication, Stripe billing, subscription management, and user accounts. Built middleware for token validation and role-based access.
Google Authentication Integration
Added Google OAuth for quick signup/sign-in, with automatic account linking and JWT token support.
Stripe Subscription Billing
Created full billing flows including subscription tiers, payment methods, invoicing, webhook events, and automatic account activation/deactivation.
Dashboard & Account Management
Built a dynamic dashboard displaying analytics, user profile settings, billing info, and upgrade/downgrade options.
Production Deployment
Deployed the platform with a secure architecture using Linux, Nginx reverse proxy, PM2, and environment-based scaling.
Testing, Hardening & Monitoring
Performed load testing, API security validation, Stripe webhook reliability checks, and implemented logging & monitoring tools.
